Sometimes the traditional 50 or 80 minute session time doesn’t work.

Intensives are great options if you can relate to the following:

- You feel stuck in therapy and want to break through something that weekly sessions haven’t been able to shift

- Want to accelerate your healing around specific issues like trauma, addiction, or attachment wounds

- Can’t commit to weekly sessions because of a busy schedule or travel

- Prefer to work in deep, focused bursts rather than spread-out hour-long sessions
